ZShock Pesents: Shock Your Stye!

Enter for the chance to have your design showcased on a ZShock T-Shirt that will be sold exclusively through ZShock.com. Think you can do it better than the professionals? Well here’s your chance....You can have a design on the front, back, sleeves etc. We are leaving the creativity up to you, the designer. Feel free to include ZShock's logo, name or images of watches or jewelry. We want to see how dope you can get expressing the ZShock lifestyle!


Here's how to win: Simply create an original graphic t-shirt design and submit it on the submit a design page.

1. Design your T-Shirt in Illustrator, or Photoshop. Make sure your design resolution is at least 150 dpi and 4x4 in.

2. When you are done with your design, save a copy as a low-resolution. jpg (File > Save for Web). The file's dimensions must be exactly 350x350 px!

Please make sure to keep a hi-resolution copy of your original design.

If you are using Photoshop, save the PSD with layers. If your design wins, and any one of these steps has not been followed, we may not be able to get your T-Shirts printed.

3. Submit the low-resolution copy of your design, along with answers to the questions and we'll post your work on our site.

4. In the event that your design is chosen as a winner, you will need to sign and return a Release prior to claiming your prize (this Release will be emailed to contest winners).

The winner will be chosen by select ZShock Staffers.

 The Contest begins 1-26/10 and ends 4/16/10 at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states that they are 18 years old and older. Void where prohibited. Who may enter:
Designers (professional or amateur) ages 18 and over—except for individuals affiliated with the ZShock Inc. ZShock will determine winner’s eligibility.

How to enter:
 Graphics & Silhouette for a Unisex T-Shirt, submitted on the submit a design page, along with your full name, mailing address, day/night phone number. All designs to be submitted as .jpg or .gif format. Incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.

By entering the contest, regardless of winning or losing this contest, entrants grant ZShock Inc., a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any purpose, including, but not limited to sales, advertising and promotion of the Acknowledge brand and its Web site and commercial products. ZShock Inc. will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses. By entering the contest you further represent that the designs are original and do not infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright, trademark, contractual, proprietary right, right of publicity or privacy, or any other right of any other person or entity.

Judging:
Judging will be conducted by the staff & designers of ZShock Inc., based on the originality and creativity of the submitted designs. There is also the possibility that contest may be extended. Decision of the judges will be final. ZShock Inc. reserve the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. Decisions of the judges will be final. Winner’s name and design to be posted on ZShock.com.

Prizes:
 1 Grand Prize Winner: $250 Apple Gift Card and the inclusion of your design on a ZShock T-shirt, sold exclusively through ZShock.com.
