Need to make an exchange?

Please fill out the form below if you are interested in initiating a merchandise exchange. This form will begin the process of your exchange and an e-mail reply will be sent to you that will include your Exchange Authorization number along with instruction on returning your purchase back to ZShock within the scope of our policies. Please note that ZShock's computer systems can only generate Exchange Authorizations for items that are eligible for exchange in accordance to the ZShock's terms and conditions of sale. Items that are not eligible will be unable to be exchanged.
