Need to cancel or change an order?

Change an exisiting order Once an order has been placed and you have completed the checkout process, an order can not be changed. You will need to cancel the order and place a new order. See below for ZShock's order cancellation policy. Order Cancellation Policy Special Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a restocking fee of 35% (per item) since we have started processing and designing the item to your specifications, there are no exceptions. All other orders that have been cancelled prior to shipping will be assesed a non-refundable $25.00 order processing fee per item. Rush fees, if applicable, are non refundable in addition to the early cancel fee. Please understand that ZShock's commitment to process orders as quickly as possible is a high priority, once the checkout process is completed our order processing department is immediately notified to begin the order fulfillment process.
